I am Silke Whittaker, a Yoga Teacher / Guide based in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. I guide regular gentle Hatha & Yin yoga classes in Hastings, Havelock North and Haumoana. In all my classes I use my set of Tibetan Singing Bowls and we explore breathwork and meditation to add even more relaxation and nourishment to your experience.
