1:1 sessions can be booked for private yoga sessions, Reiki & Sound Healing sessions, Brainspotting session or any combination of the modalities.
There is the possibility of 1 hour ($99 in person/$88 distance) or 1.5 hour slots ($133 in person/$122 distance).
