Being in my 50’s now and looking back at my life I am fascinated how all my different life experiences are interweaved and connected. And not only that but also how my existence is interweaved and connected with others. In Yoga we often reflect how everything in the universe is interconnected, this artwork is inspired by unity. This frame could be placed in a sacred space to remind you that you are not alone and that we are all connected to each other. Perhaps it even can inspire to work on weaving some sacred connections that nourish and fulfill you and create colourful experiences for yourself and others.

Each artwork is unique. I create the watercolour first and see where the stitching fits in.
