With the over stimulation in our society, the glorification of busy-ness, the endless to do lists and stress and pressure on so many of us it is not surprising that so many people struggle with getting a restful sleep in.
In this 2 hour session we will explore essential oils that can help you come into a restful state and prepare for sleep. In the second part we will explore simple relaxation techniques like breath work, meditation and a few yoga asanas (postures) that can help you come into a restful state before you go to bed.

Handouts will be provided and you can choose a couple of samples at the end of the class. If we have time you can also have a free Itovi Scan to see which oils your body is asking for.
